Staff good. Noise bad.
The staff at Cutler’s could not have been more helpful and courteous. The room was good value for the price, especially compared with London rates. The problem: windows are not double-glazed, and building lacks soundproofing. Kids outside made noise until 1:00 a.m. and construction noise woke me at 6:00. Optional breakfast was expensive.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
There’s a McDonalds 1/2 block away and several Starbucks. Go have breakfast there.
