You get what you pay for!
This hotel needs a major overhaul in the bathrooms. Tile is rotting and coming off the floor and sides of the bathtub. The shower did have good pressure which was a plus. I will say the beds were pretty comfortable considering the look of the overall space. There was no clock radio which suprised me also since they are not expensive. Not a bad place for the cost. You get what you pay for.

Convenience to Xenia
The best reason for staying at Knights Inn Xenia is proximity to Cox Stadium which is just across Main Street. Everything else in town is within walking distance or a very short drive. Anything located outside of Xenia proper is an easy drive. Tourism is not the main reason for an overnight stay in Xenia. Knights Inn provides comfortable lodging for those who visit the town. If you want more services you should consider staying in one of the larger, more distant towns. The high school and a local college both had homecoming/reunion weekends during our stay and the motel was pretty full. Things were very quiet during our stay.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Xenia is a family oriented town and not a party town. Things close up early and people like it quiet. You can get good meals and shopping is convenient. It’s not your typical trip to the mall. It is how people live in a midwestern farm community. There is plenty to do but it’s not the big city. When I travel to Xenia, it is for special occasions, nostalgic reunions and to visit friends. I like it here because the pace is slower.
