the rooms, food, and scenery was great! its very secluded and private... will definitely go back!

Will never go back
When checking in it was pretty easy. When I get to the room the walls near the room have been recently painted and got paint all over my clothes and suit cases. The front door had to be lifted in order to open and close and finally the toilet flush handle did not work. I complained to the front desk and I was moved to another room. The room did not have air conditioning. Now, I’m in Dominican Republic and it is very hot at least 95 degrees. I then complained to the desk again and they sent a technician. The tech. turned on the a/c but it still did not work properly and I had to open the windows to get some type of air. I complained over and over again but was ignored. I even asked for another room or a fan but still no comply. My stay was very uncomfortable and will never stay at this hotel again.

Restaurant
Room was close to the beach and it was neat and clean. Food was also very good. Only problem was the restaurant which was always full. (Very much Limited against number of customers in hotel) They should tell us that reservation is required for restaturant when we check in at the reception.
