As Voltaire wrote- It is as if you have not gone anywhere when you go from Versailles to Luneville. A stones throw from the little Versailles of Lorraine and the Baccarat crystal works- this hotel is decorated with minimalist elegance. The regions golden light floods the wood paneling while outside the mallards are reflected in the calm waters of the moat. In the restaurant- the menu revisits the traditional local fare and introduces the wines of the Cotes de Toul produced from vines that the Romans planted along the banks of the Moselle. A splendid idea.
