HOT Views

The room was great, The kitchen was stocked with all the bakeware needed, seriously almost shares a parking lot with the outlets (which was AWESOME) Only downfall is that there is no A/C EVER!(only heat) the floor fans helped but it only dropped below 80* after 11:30pm which was a little uncomfortable. Other than that it was great, I loved having a garage to park in and how low hassle it all was. I would DEFINITELY go back, I just may wait till Fall or Winter before I do.

Traveler's tip on shopping

Great shopping only a few steps away! No need to even move your car!

Safest place to stay

We really love to stay here for the convience of how safe we feel..W/a key garage and then keys to the building. You never wonder if people that aren’t staying there are coming or going.. The amenities are always clean.. Very spacious. Walking distance to the outlets.

i love this totally awsome place

We enjoyed the place. We would love to come back. The girls want to live there. There was a few things- the condo didn’t smell great- so we bought air freshners and the garbage disposal was really smelly. But we did enjoy it and have recommended it to others.

Good Basic Accommodations

Good Location for skiing at Park City. Close to stores and places to eat. Enjoyed the hot tub at the clubhouse. Nothing noteworthy just a good basic condo for a place to crash after a hard day of skiing.

Traveler's tip on recreational activities

Five minutes from skiing at the Canyons and 10-15 minutes to Park City. Stop and get discount ski rentals at Breeze next to the Canyons.

Nice Parking

Our 2 bdrm suite was great and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed for cooking. The best part - there was a private garage just for the building. No cleaning off the car after the snow fall! I just wish check-in time was not so late!

Very impressed

The place was alot bigger then expected which is always a nice plus. The only thing that made my experience a little bad was that the fire place didn’t work. How can you be in Utah with snow and not hae a working fireplace. I would reccomend this condo to anyone and I would definetly stay here again.

Horrible Bed

Average condo, showing its age. The water pressure was bad. The outdoor jacuzzi did not work the first 2 days of my stay. The TV was undersized and had a old VCR player, no DVD. But the worst thing was the bed; cheap & old. Frankly I couldn’t sleep on it and used the (not so comforable) sofa. Sadly, nothing that a small amount of investment could not cure. Avoid unit 105.

Great condo for the money.

Don’t have a single complaint. We actually booked a 1 bedroom condo for our family of four and got upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit for free. Plenty of room, nicely decorated, clean and in a good location. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. But you definitely need to rent a car to get to Main Street and the slopes which are about a 5 mile drive.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

If there is any ski clothing that you forgot to pack and need to purchase (i.e. gloves, hats, goggles, even ski pants and jackets) hit the local Walmart located around the corner from Crestview Condos. These items are MUCH cheaper there than at any of the local ski shops.

Not the best

The bed was loud and uncomfortable. There is no AC so sleeping without the windows open or before it cools down is impossible

Traveler's tip on dining

There is lots of good dining and shopping close to the hotel. Downtown Park City is only 5 minutes away.

Has potential, but is not managed well.

The condo sits in a beautiful location close to everything. The manager was unprofessional on every level possible. Our room was not cleaned the entire time we were there, which was nine (9) days. We asked to move to a different room due to being over the parking area and it being overly loud and the manager could not figure out how to move us (this is a direct quote from her).

Traveler's tip on local attractions

Park City is amazing, so much to do.

no AC? Hospitality checks out at 5.

I rented 2 rooms, one for me and one for my friend after we finished a huge 2 day race (so we were hot and tired). When we got there the lady at the desk was really rude because it was time for her to go home and she’d forgotten to turn the sign to closed (apparently hospitality goes home at 5???) She hurriedly gave us a room key and directions and maps (yes you have to then drive to your room which is across town) and when we asked if our rooms could be closer (because they were in different buildings) she said no. I called my friend to ask about her room, and she told me that she her AC wasn’t working, funny thing, neither was mine (no biggy, it’s not like we were hot after our long 2 day race.) And of course we couldn’t get new rooms, because the lady had gone home. (odd that 2 different rooms in 2 different buildings have no AC. huh) FINAL POINT -- if you want to stay in a condo that has NO AC and NO hospitality service, and you have to drive across town to get to, great this is the hotel for you.

Awesome Place to Stay - Will come back again in the Winter

I just got back from a few nights at Crestview. The room was super clean, the shopping was close and the price was good. What is not to like? I stayed in Building B next to the pool which was nice.

Check out the Olympic Park

Do not stay in this condo if you don’t have a car/SUV

Good: The single bedroom condo itself was very spacious, modern and had a gas fireplace. Bad: If you don’t have a car/SUV I would not recommended staying at this Condo. The shuttle service for this condo was sporadic, unreliable and calling the shuttle service phone might result in getting voicemail that is not answered for a very long time. The bus stop for public transportation to the neighboring Ski resorts is relatively far from this Condo and I rarely saw the public bus run on the main highway. The check in office is located miles away in another subdivision and often times when I called the office for service I would get voicemail. Also the staff person who worked in the remote check in office sounded inexperienced and unknowledgeable over the phone and when I asked to speak with the manager the staff person stated the manager was at another location and unavailable to speak with me. Also they are stingy with the toilet paper so request toilet paper beforehand before you run out. The patio door sill was not well sealed and when it snowed or just cold outside, the snow and cold air would come in from the bottom of the patio door and make the room very cold.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

This is a condo not a hotel, however they charge hotel room rates and customer service is clearly their lowest priority. However if you bring or rent your own car/SUV for personal transportation, this Condo is located within short driving distances from The Canyon and Park City ski resorts, stores, markets, restaurants, gas station, etc. and if you don’t need responsive customer service you should be okay.

Not impressed

It felt like no one had been there in awhile. The place was in need of some maintenence. The coffee table was unstable, the coffee maker did not work properly, there was alot of missing glassware & the diswasher did not work well either. We never got a midweek cleaning from staff or additional towels or linens. The heat was difficult to regulate & the water heater as well. Just too many inconviences that added up.

Traveler's tip on recreational activities

The complex is located 10 minutes from 3 ski areas & 45 minutes from 4 others. It is also within walking distance from a nice outlet mall.

walk to the outlet

We chose this condo for two reasons: it was withing walking distance of the outlets and it had a seperate bedroom for the kids. This enalbled me and my daughter to shop without the use of a car, and hy son and husband could choose other activities. The biggest negative was the particular unit we were in had oversized furniture that you had to literally crawl over to sit down, and the couch was ancient and miserable to sit on. But overall it met what was most important to us. Often we book two rooms in a motel so our teens can have their own bathroom. This was far cheaper with a full kitchen to boot.

Traveler's tip on shopping

If your goal it to stay near the outlets so you can walk to them, you have three options: to other hotels I can’t name (via guidelines here) and these condos...The other two are also a lot closer to resturants. Compare prices and purposes before leaving.

Would definitely stay there again, planning return trip next year.

The amenities were very simple nothing 4 star about it. Buildings difficults to access, you had to get out of your car to open Garage Door to parking area. It was nice to park your car inside in a secure area so you did not have to get Ski Equipment out every night. Rooms were basic but had everyting you would need. Fire Place was nice to relax in front of after day on the Slopes. Very quiet, never heard anyone else during 5 1/2 day stay. Bed was a big disappointment, extremely hard. Pillows were just as bad. Had to go to Wal-Mart and buy Mattress Pad and Pillows. All in all worth the price. Would definitely stay there again. Planning trip back next year.
