Paper thin walls!
Walls so thin I could hear every word spoken (and more) by guests next door! Also, lots of traffic noise, both from vehicles on busy street and from planes landing at SYR directly overhead until 1AM. Room was very spacious but cool and no thermostat found. No extra blankets, and only one thin one on bed, plus thin bedspread. Water to shower took 20 min to run warm (sign on mirror said it would be slow). The staff was VERY pleasant, but just couldn’t make up for the lack of creature comforts. Price low, so got what I paid for. Overall, it was OK once, but wouldn’t choose again.

Excellent all the way around
I got a better than expected rate on this king-bed room on Expedia. I was pleasantly surprised, after easily finding the place off the thruway, at how nice the room was. The friendly check-in lady moved my room when I got there so I would have a quieter place, at her recommendation. The room was clean & had plenty of cable to peruse. Probably the only thing missing was a small coffee pot (I like my brew right when waking up) but it was available fresh in the lobby. I’m in the area once a year, but I will book with them again.

If you don’t need a pool and workout facilities, why pay for them???
