ok with dogs
we were travelling with 2 dogs, we were looking for a hotel which allows dogs. Nevada City Inn does. It’s ok for a night or two. The "dog" rooms are very old and look very broke in.

Stinky Room
The hotel is old, which normally is not a problem for us, especially if we are visiting a city like Nevada City. But that room smelled really bad, so bad, we had to go out and buy a car deodarizer just to spend the night there. We asked for another room and had no luck changing rooms. The people upstairs kept my husband up until 3am just by walking across the floor. Over all, it was not a good experience.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
This hotel has some cabins they rent, I would recommend renting a cabin instead of one of the rooms.
