Nice hotel near beautiful Erdinger
We liked the hotel very much, the breakfast was impressive, and the nearby Erdinger is a beautiful town. The only two problems we had were that the fan in the bathroom was not working properly, and the electricity of the room, accessible only by inserting a card, was inconvenient, especially regarding the bathroom fan.

A nice hotel BUT NOT an airport hotel
The hotel is OK, however it is not near to the Airport. It cost 25 Euros in a taxi and the shuttle - which only runs during the day - costs 15 Euros per person. It’s a good job I was alone and not with family!

interesting hotel near airport
This hotel is located in the fields near the Munich airport. The room was large, clean and comfortable. A diving center is attached to the hotel, and you can enjoy drinks in the underwater bar as you watch divers swim around. If you don’t have GPS, this hotel may be hard to find.

stay elsewhere
We took a train from Nurnberg to the Munich airport and needed a place to spend the night before our flight. First off, it’s 22EUR for their little shuttle service between hotel and airport. Get a cab instead which is about 24EUR, but you get the satisfaction of not letting this hotel get any more of your money. My question to the hotel is: if you call yourself an "Airport" hotel, why the gigantic shuttle fee? The rooms were way overpriced. We stayed in comparable places that were the same quality for half. The staff was not very courteous and always seemed to be "busy". They left out needed information, like how to turn the lights on. And then there is the breakfast issue. How much more are you going to charge? I’d suggest a nice walk to the grocery store the night before. It is about a 1K walk and you can get your food there and, again, you get the satisfaction of not letting this hotel get any more of your money. Erding center is about 3K away and is a very nice little village with lots of nice restaurants. In fact, I would suggest skipping this hotel entirely and getting one in Erding.

not to that hotel never
hello the night we arrived the hotel at 11.30 pm the receptionist girl working as apprentice told us our room sold out the room supposed to be apartment room with two rooms (kitcen) queen beds etc.bargain price she did not call neither expedia nor the manager of the hotel she only give us two small rooms for the night next day they transfer us to a suite room not the room booked and paid but with kitchen but we never used it because no pans no fork knife plate but only a kettle.the carpets dirty the coach broken breakfast difficult to find something to eat we were expecting them to say at least sorry but they charged fifteen euro each for the breakfast what ý am trying to say is we did not get or satisfy what we paid for the price pity never go there again but if you want to get lessons for diving the hotel is one of the biggest in europe pay the cheapest rate all the rooms nearly the same we were in munich for the equestrian event it was 38 kilometers to olympic hall.add about 8 minutes to city center we rent a car no problem but if you plan without a car god helps you thank you for reading bye bye

Airport Hotel
I recommend this hotel as a quick stop before the airport. There is a nice Italian Restaurant near, but little else unless you have wheels. The breakfast is very extensive but a little expensive.

Good Location
Our hotel stay was nice. The room had a kitchenette area. The restaurant and hotel was very nice. Beware they charge you approx 22 EU per person for a shuttle from the airport. They also charge $15 EU for breakfast, which seems to be on the expensive side. Overall, this hotel was a great choice.

Good Airport Hotel
This hotel is a 10-15 minute drive from the airport and has a shuttle that runs frequently. It is a good hotel for 1 night before flying out of Munich. It is in a small village, so no activities outside of the hotel. The room had not been cleaned when we checked in, but once we mentioned it, the room was cleaned immediately. The desk staff spoke english and were very helpful.

Poor employee communication skills
We were led to believe that shuttle service and breakfast were included in the price of the stay as quoted. The night clerk who checked us in specifically pointed out the breakfast room for next morning, "breakfast is included". Also, the Mercure Hotel billed us as soon as we booked on-line, even before they gave us a chance to confirm our arrival. They charged us an extra 52 Euros for breakfast and shuttle service. This has to be explained in advance!!! Lesson: ASK and ASK again and again what is "free" and included
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
BIG MISTAKE. It appears that many companies are now charging for shuttle services to and from the airport. We just found out the hard way.

Perfect ...while waiting for a flight
Finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge but getting to the airport in the morning was a snap and it wasn’t far at all. Our room was very comfortable. Although, there wasn’t a regular swimming pool for the kids (only snorkeling and scuba diving) they did enjoy watching the divers. The continental breakfast was overpriced but decent. Overall, we would stay there again for the night while waiting to catch a plane.
