If it only had hot water!
My stay at this hotel was very nice EXCEPT for one very important factor. The water temperature in the shower was barely lukewarm! I shivered through a shower the first night, and called the front desk in the morning. They were very polite and helpful, and offered to move me to another room. I moved into the room next door, but the water there was the same cold temperature! At this point, I figured that the problem was not with the room, but with the temperature setting of the water heater, so there was nothing more I could do. The front desk did call back to ask if I was comfortable, and I told them that they should tell the maintenance people about the water temperature. However, the water temperature did not change over the next two days. Pity, too, because everything else was quite nice. The room was clean and well furnished. The staff was wonderful and professional. The location was convenient. However, I will not stay there again because of the cold showers.

Never again!
This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. My reservation was wrong upon check-in and the desk clerk was not pleasant at all. I couldn’t get extra towels or blankets, as requested.

Service was great
Staff was excellent. All concerns were addressed immediately.The hotel shuttle picked me up and dropped me off at airport and that was a great blessing.We had a family gathering there and I would reccommend that we use this facility next time we are there.
