Pictures do not tell the whole story.
We pick this hotel because of the pictures and reviews. Having 2 young kids we were very excited about the water park. When we got there we were very disappointed. The hotel room was nice, but small. The hotel roads were under construction so parking was at a premium. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. For the price their are much nicer hotels in the area.

Comfortable and convienent
Stayed in one bedroom condo that was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Had minor difficulty with the card key that stopped working during the stay, but staff quickly resolved the issue. Close to downtown, but far enough away to be quiet.

Highly recommend the Banff gondola ride for incredible mountain views.

Would go back in a minute
We had a well appointed efficiency suite with a wood burning fireplace...wood provided. On site Wifi and house computers with high speed internet. Two pool areas one with the water slide that was geat for children and another pool and hot tub used mainly by adults. Our room also had a space in the underground parking garage. Bus stops to and from downtown Banff right on the corner.
