excellent value beautiful beach
Just got back from a week at the Belair. Excellent value especially for mature travelers, perfect beach, staff helpful, polite and sincere.On site restaurant good value, food okay not gormet.Excellent snorkel site a short walk along beach.Nearby supermarket. Nearby Phillipsburg within walking distance. Dutch side on dollar is reasonable French side on Euro is expensive

outdated
in dire need of some upgrades, very outdated lookes like nothing has been upgraded in 15 yeas. Plus need new mattresses. I realize the salt air can wreak havoc on things but the sliding glass door was so bad you could hardly open it unless you were a 250 lb well conditioned man. When we called down to have someone take a look at, no one came. The outside showers by the pool didn’t work. Yes they knew about it & were planning to fix them the following week. Didn’t help me much!
