Would love to go back
From the time we arrived in St. Louis, everyone we met was helpful and friendly and the Renaissance was no exception. We arrived late and yet Charles was efficient yet welcoming. We had a little problem with the heater in our room and Andre arrived immediately to remedy it (at midnight). My husband and I were so impressed by his professionalism and courtesy. Andre gets 5 stars from me for sure. One of the best people I’ve ever encountered in my travels. The bed was so comfy, I had know trouble sleeping as I often do elsewhere. We weren’t there long enough to eat in one of the beautiful restaurants, but they smelled great. The staff at Starbucks saw me a lot though and they were always a cheerful pick-me-up. Was able to get an envelope I needed at the concierge desk. We stayed thru a very cold January weekend - would love to come back and stay in the spring or summer. Thanks to the staff of the Renaissance!!

Excellent hotel
We were very pleased with our stay at the Renaissance St. Louis. The hotel was immaculate, the rooms were quiet and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
