The Baymont in Hot Springs is an average hotel. The hotel was clean, but the amenities especially the room arrangement was not as good as other major hotels. The staff was friendly and provided the guests with good services.

Many recreational activities in Hot Springs especially the lakes, revitalized downtown art galleries, and many excellent local as well as chain restaurants. The city is unique with the Hot Springs baths and the Oaklawn Race Track.

Never again
We had a crying child beside our room for two nights. I awoke to the child crying and went to bed with him crying. The hotel was not full and there was no reason to put a small child next to our room. Very unsatisfied.

Not satisfied
The people at the front desk took forever to come to the front desk. The airconditioner didn’t cool the room well enough and the elevator broke down the morning we were leaveing and we had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good and that is about all that was good about this hotel
