Only one problem
We were in Dallas for a long weekend of shopping, and found the room was comfortable for two adults, but with a 10-year-old child, it was a bit of a stretch. However, we were able to adapt, and the pleasant and helpful attitude exhibited by all the staff members made up for lack of space and amenities. The only problem was that a group of foreign visitors in town for a festival were smoking on our floor, which made us uncomfortable, but this was not the fault of the hotel or the staff.

Comfortable and Cozy
We had a suite which was great for me sleeping and him surfing. The area around the bed was a little small but over all very nice. Everything was clean and the service was grand.

Great Hotel!
We were very pleased with this hotel. We wanted a suite type room but didn’t want to pay too much (like other hotels around DFW). The ice bucket was a little dirty, but that was the only negative. Very nice hotel for the price!!
