Will always come back and recommend
This is the second time we’ve stayed at the HIE in Wakefield and we love it. The staff was great and even got us into our room early when I requested an early check-in. We actually had the best nights sleep here (more so than our own bed at home!). Please let me know where I can buy the same mattress and pillows!!

Great, but beds are way to soft.
Everything was clean, nice w/ friendly staff and a very nice breakfast buffet. Quiet rooms, but the bed was very soft and we both woke w/ back aches.

Restaurants abound right across the street for this hotel. Made it convenient to grab something to eat.

Quite comfortable
In route to the hotel, the GPS made me take a U-turn instead of just turning left. The Shift Manager that checked me in said that’s common for a GPS unit. Upon arrival, I was informed they required another credit card number "just-in-case". I told the Manager I only had one card and he reluctantly processed me anyways. I understand the concept but I honestly only have one card. The room was extremely spacious and very clean. The only regret I have is not having time to check out the pool because of rain. I didn’t even bother to check the exact location of the college I was visiting before booking this. I checked when I arrived and found that it was literally right around the corner.
Traveler's tip on dining
There are several nice restuarants within 1 mile of the hotel. With WalMart (with Redbox movie rental) close by and the variety of restuarants, there’s not really much more you would need on a normal trip.
