welcome to instanbul
I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel and the level of service provided. the staff went out of there way to be helpful. coffee when we checked in, free loan of an electric cord adapter, directions, luggage storage and directions were all handled with courtesy and efficiency. in addition it is an easy walk to the center of town and tourist attractions. I recommend it . one issue the taxi new it as citadel not as best western when we arrived.
october was a great time to travel, warm and not crowded.

great location
great location, most historical sites are within walking distance. great service. we were given complimentary fruit, free internet, receptionist spoke good english and was quite helpful in giving us directions and suggesting where to get good deals. overall a good experience!

Good Food/Sevice
Once you get past the small rooms, full breakfast, excellent views, close to Haga Sophia, 2 blocks to other good restrants. We were leaving at 3:30am and without asking they provided a takeout breakfast for us and provided bell boys at that time of the morning
