wasn’t impressed,and will not go back
My husband and myself booked our honeymoon here at secrets. We had seen that it appeared to be a highly graded all-inclusive. We were very shocked and disapointed in our desision. The resort is extremely small, one main lobby. This rendered us and many other guests aimlessly walking around looking for entertainment. There was none. There was two small bars,one tiny giftshop, and one random ping pong table. There was no nightlife at all. Our room sat near a septic tank. The "jacuzzi" was a tiny bathtub with two tiny jets facing a wall. The drain in the shower did not drain so if you are the second person in the shower, you stood in the other persons shower water. There were dead roaches in the hallway outside of our room. The food was horrible. Only one buffet for bereakfast, which as definitly subpar. The rest was ala-carte, no choices and again awful. Other resorts offer non-stop food and entertainment, not this one. The spa was good though we did enjoy that. The staff are friendly but not very engaging. Again we expected much better from this resort. We have been on many all-inclusives and this one did not rate.

Can’t wait to go back !
Our stay was FABULOUS! The hotel was beautiful, the staff polite, friendly and fast moving to satify your every desire. I especially loved the 24 hour room service. Each morning at 6am we would order our coffee, juice and pastries, our order would be at our door in less than 12 minutes! And with a smile, perky and polite. Every day on the beach the service there was every 5 minutes, you didn’t have to get up for anything, not even lunch, if you wanted it there they would bring it to you! There was also entertainment each night, so much fun. There was 5 different restaurants to choose from, my favorites were, breakfast-fabulous!, and the Italian restaurant-wonderful! One note, this is a private away from the hustle & busle of nightlife-just what we wanted! Downtown Cancun is 45 minutes away,

Great Birthday Getaway
I was looking for a romantic getaway to celebrate by husband’s birthday and Capri Secrets was the perfect place. The food and the service was fabulous. They even decorated our room with balloons, birthday card and a bottle of champagne. The spa was wonderful. We had an ocean front room and it was so relaxing to see and hear the ocean from our room. The beach is very clean and is soft white sands. We went at the end of October which is a perfect time to go as it wasn’t crowded at all. We can wait to go back to Capri Secrets again!
