Staff very friendly and helpful
I have used this hotel/chain quite frequently and have never been disappointed. Even on this latest trip when our first room’s toilet was not functioning properly we were moved to another room without a hassle. And when the second room’s TV was not working the staff actually moved our things for us. Now some would say you switched rooms twice and you were still satisfied ... smuck; and I say "yes" simply because of the manner in which the entire situation was handled.

Just OK
I traveled from Michigan and came a day early and stayed 1st night with a relative. Room was booked in my name, though was sharing with my sister. Check in was supposed to be 2 pm. When I got there my sister had already arrived (my cell did not come in so I did not know). They let her check into my room with out ID and an hour early. We do not even have the same last name. I was furious! I was eventually upgraded to a better room and the rest of the staff, other than the owner who lives there, was great. But, were they just being nice because they messed up???

fast food close by but nearest town is 20 minutes away. Right off the interstate.

Had been on the road all day
The floors could have been swept better but the bathrooms could have used a better cleaning. Cleaners need to remember there is more to a toilet than the top. toilet pedistal was gross.Office personel were great though. Very friendly.
