I will stay elswhere on my next trip to OKC.
Old hotel. Tried to fix with a little paint, etc. Not a very good remodel.

Better than average
I usually have a hard time sleeping at hotels because they all have beds as hard as a brick. I’m used to a really soft mattress. This mattress was somewhere in between so I got a much better sleep than I usually do. The hotel is right off the highway, so you do hear road noise. It didn’t really bother me but if you’re a light sleeper you might want to stay somewhere else.
Traveler's tip on dining
Quite a few food options in the area. I tried the Chinese buffet behind the hotel and it was great. You can also get Jason’s Deli to deliver if you want something really healthy.

Not bad for a one nights stay
The Super 8 was not bad for a quick overnight stay. The highway is adjacent to the hotel, so if you don’t like noise this may not be the hotel for you. It did not bother me with the TV on, and the fact that I had just driven 500 miles. The service was good. The breakfast is very minimal, but you can stop at the McDonalds on your way toward your destination.

There are several new chain dining establishments just across the highway which are very easy to get to.
