Really nice place... but breakfast offerings could be better...

Really quite good. Not much on the amenities side (no pool, no jacuzzi, no gym) but rooms were comfy, clean, and there was cable in the room and internet in the lobby. Overall, a great place to stay for a trip to Bryce... and quite affordable.

not worth it

Very disappointing. Bugs in the room. Over priced for the features. The only positve thing was that the staff was nice.

Better than expected.

I’ve read mixed reviews so I approached this place expecting nothing but I thought the room was rather decent. Nice spacious bathroom area, sheets were clean, pillows fluffy enough. AC wasn’t too noisy. Didn’t try the pool, but it looked clean and probably could have it all to yourself. Staff not too talkative but helpful enough to "get it done". Quick, simple, no nonsense. Much more quiet (families always want to stay closer to the park) and cheaper than the Ruby’s Inn area but located not much further away.

The restaurant next door served good mexican food (imo) from a fairly limited menu. Very friendly staff although they may at times be a little non-attentive. Subway is also adjacent and has a limited menu for their $5 footlongs. Also serves Dryer’s ice cream which was perfect for the warm days.

Not much value for money

Not much value for money. Had much better standards/rooms in this prise range. Would definetely chose a different hotel/motel next time.

Resort???

Bryce Canyon Resort sounded good on the internet. Wasn’t impressed at all with the room. The check in staff was fine, parking was OK, didn’t attempt the pool. I did have issues with the creeky floor and bathroom fixtures that jiggled and felt like if I pulled too hard I would have pulled them out of the wall. But my biggest beef was an unclean shower stall. Brown slimy stuff in the door sill and mold elsewhere. Yuck!!! Room was very old feeling and very basic. Linens were clean.

Great Location for visiting Bryce Canyon. Very close to entrance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not what I would not consider this a resort, but then the price does not reflect a resort price either.

Would try a different place to stay.

Staff was very friendly and informative. Very helpfull. The pillows were stained in our room. We set them aside and did not use them. Sheets did not seem fresh.

Subway next door was a total rip off! A sandwich with chips and drink for two was $30.00. In advertisements on tv it gave a $5.00 combo at $5.00. When a friend went in for 2 cokes they wanted to charge $7.00!!! I would never recommend them.

Cheap Hotel, that’s it.

Good locations to enjoy the Bryce Canyon and easy/close to take the restaurant. This is a good place, if you prefer the queit and cheap hotel.

Overrated and Overpriced Cabins

Stayed in many places over the years, but this one deserves these negative comments. The staff was very friendly and thats all I can say that was good about our stay. The "historical" cabins were very run down, windows were painted shut, carpet threadbare, the sofa bed had springs poking my teenager through the so called mattress all night, the sink dripped all night and the best part was that the room floor was not level so that my spouse and I literally rolled out of bed. Our front door faced several RVs and their sewer connections. Also no parking...we had to park on the grass by our front door. Big mistake on our part.

We were very pleased & would return another time

The Hotel location was guiet and it was easy to access the room-parking right outside the door. There are also 2 resturants in easy walking distance to the Motel.

We had 2 rooms: One was good, one was bad.

We had 7 of us, so we reserved 2 cabins. One was no problem, but the 2nd cabin had some problems. My daughter took 5 min. shower, but there was no hot water left for the 2nd person. We had to wait about 45 min to get the hot water again. Again we had to wait for another 45 min for the 3rd person for her hot shower. Definately they need to replace their hot water tank.

Nice place near Bryce Canyon

This hotel is not deluxe, but good because of its proximity to the entrance of Bryce National Park.

clean nice sized rooms

clean nice size rooms. Easy parking near your room. Friendly staff at front desk. Too early in year to try out pool, it snowed the night we stayed. Telephone was not able to call out. I reported it to the front desk, but not repaired.

Bryce Canyon National Park is only about 4 miles away. It is awesome!!! A must to see.

Good place to stay

We arrived late in the hotel. But very surprised, check-in process was so smooth and quick. No waiting and wasting time. The manager was so nice and telling me to go for dinner first otherwise the restaurant will be closed. The room condition is good even not very new. Recommend for staying there.

Decent Room - Lousy Location - Not a Bargin

Hotel 2 room cabin was okay - fair amount of room two double beds and a pull out. However, it was located on a dirt road in between two major roads (close) and was adjacent to a trailer park. Pool was tiny, crowded and scary, we took one look and went back to room.
