Great budget hotel with the good and the bad...
The hotel room was stocked with all of the helpful appliances like a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, AC, iron and board, and hairdryer. I found that the fridge and microwave were especially helpful for our Disneyland vacation. You can save a lot of money by eating in the room instead of going out and it’s great for leftovers. The room was not dirty but it was not in pristine condition as you would expect from a more costly hotel. It had things such as little dents in the wall and a (cleaned) but dingy, peeling bathtub. If those things do not bother you, it is a great option for a budget hotel. Safe, quiet, close to Disneyland, and daily room service just as you would get at any other hotel. A major downfall to some people would be the HARD bed, unless you like that sort of thing. The mattress was extremely hard but fortunately we are not very picky people so our 5 night stay went quite well. If you absolutely cannot sleep on a hard mattress than this probably isn’t the place for you..I’m sure all their rooms have the same mattress setup.

Buy or bring some groceries and utilize the fridge and microwave instead of going out to eat.

All the basics
Rooms are very basic, but provide a quiet place to sleep and hang out in the evenings. The courtyard set-up blocks a lot of the traffic noise. The free breakfast was very simple continental style which we picked up in the office and ate in our room. The pool was clean enough, and the staff was helpful. Overall, a decent stay although the decor could use updating, and we should have brought pillows from home!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Hotel was about three blocks from Disneyland Main Gate, so an easy walk which saved on parking costs. About one block the other direction is "Garden Walk", a huge upscale outdoor mall with great variety of restraunants and shopping.

better than expected for the price
