Staff nice, room lacking.
The staff of the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The room was a little uncomfortable as there were ants around the coffee pot area and the laptop desk area.

Good hotel in a great location.
My overall stay at this hotel was nice. The beds were confortable, rooms clean, lovely pool area, great loction, etc. However, a few of the members of the front desk staff could use better customer service training. I travel all over for business and I have never been treated so poorly. The worst treatment came on the day of my arrival, where after a 2 hour flight delay I arrived extremely tired to the hotel and was not greeted, told of the hotels amenities, where to park or even where the elevators were! Checking out was the same thing, a cold shoulder where I was mechanically asked about my stay. Im sorry if you are having a bad day or do not enjoy your job, it should not show or you should get another job.
