Old Style Charm
We stayed here because it was convenient to both Tarifa and Gibraltar; Algeciris itself lacks charm. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable except for the pillows! Like sleeping on rocks. The buffet was decent; nothing special but just fine. They have free internet in a little room with three old computers and we were unsuccessful connecting to their wireless and the desk clerk made it clear she wasn’t interested in helping figure it out.

Seen better days
The hotel probably was first-rate 30 years ago. Although clean and comfortable, the hotel is a bit out-dated. The buffet style food thasted like someone ate it already.

Satisfied
Hotel room was comfortable and nicely furnished. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style and very adequate with a good selection. Made a good base for day trips to Gibraltar and Ceuta.
