Solid Hotel!
I was impressed with the lobby as I walked in. It’s what I expected from what I saw from the pictures on the internet. The valet were very friendly and the staff equally so. What I found annoying were the elevators, in that they were extremely slow. You had to wait a long time for one to come available. The rooms were spacious and clean though the layout was somewhat awkward. There were two small glass tables in front of the couch which I had to move because I kept running into them. The TV was old and needed to be upgraded, as do the appliances. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day - very good! The room was quiet with very little street noise - a plus when you’re downtown. If they corrected some of the things I had issues with, then I wouldn’t mind staying there again :)

Cookies & Milk?
Cookies & milk every night, happy hour wine & beer every night and great breakfasts every morning! All included in the price of the room. What more could you ask for? What about the hotel itself ? Well, the hotel was lovely and clean, the room was very spacious and quiet. Central location and free shuttle available to bring you all around town. Computer & printers available for your use. Staff was very helpful and easy to locate. Would recommend. Great job Magnolia Houston!

Service with a smile
The folks at this hotel couldn’t be more accomodating. Your day starts with a breakfast buffet, winds down with coctails, and ends with cookies and milk. Walking distance to the convention center and ball park - but the excellent shuttle service takes you anywhere downtown and will pick you up when you call for your return ride. They even recommended a few restaurants and drove us to the one we selected.
