Needs Major Renovation
The bathroom was not clean. The hotel needs to be majorly renovated. It would have been fine if it was a low budget hotel.

Paper Thin Walls
We were looking forward to a quite mountain overnight stay. This is one of the more expensive hotels in this area, so the expectations were high. The service was great, from the valet, to check-in, dinner and music in the lobby. Where things that didn’t go well, were when we retreated to our room for a good night’s sleep. We had a couple that had a major fight next door that went on for 2-3 hours. Of course this is not something that was the hotel’s fault. They did respond, allbeit slowly. Where I was disaapointed was how we could so clearly hear noise either in the hall or in the room next door. For an expensive hotel, this was definitely unexpected. We didn’t get much sleep, so the hotel comped our breakfast. Great location, great hotel, great scenery but way too noisey. Hard for me to decide on a recommendation, but maybe this was a one time situation.
