Don’t Stay in this Hotel!
The customer service there must be the worst I’ve ever received. My room did not have a working shower. Upon check out I informed the manager of the problem. He said I should have told him and he would have let me into another room to use the shower. It was obvious that they don’t do regular maintenance or upkeep because they had no idea whether the rooms, or the things in them, are in working order. (The refrigerator didn’t work either and we had to call them about that, too.) I told him I showered in my sister’s room. The point is, when you pay to stay in a room, you except a working shower. I asked him to make an adjustment to my bill. He said no and that I needed to deal with Expedia. To make matters worse, when I got home, I realized I left my makeup bag behind. I called them the same day we checked out and they had it. It took them almost two weeks to mail it back and they charged me the cost of postage!

Not bad for the price
We Stayed at the motel for the Garlic Festival. The front desk person may be the owner since he worked there all day. While he’s accomodating, do not expect him to be friendly. Although the room was clean, I didn’t feel very relaxed in the room. The housekeeping was nice, the free cable TV, free internet, and free breakfasts were definitely a plus. I’d stay there again, but be sure to lower your expectation as this place feels a little old and run down.

Be sure to go online and research coupons for the outlet. My wife was able to get additional discounts by doing a little homework before visiting.

Very Disappointed
Rated with 4+ on the Expedia website. Another hotel in Gilroy, that I was very satisfied with, was rated in low 3’s so I tried the 4+. Bed was hard as a rock, not fully made. No tp in the bathroom (found some under the freestanding sink cabinet). Towel hook was laying on the floor behind the toilet. Tub bottom bounced when in the shower. Elevator was filthy, smelled like bad car freshener. A/C unit in the room was very quiet though!
