I’ve been staying at Marriott’s for years. I keep coming back because I KNOW things will be clean, quiet, comfortable, and the staff will bend over backwards to make my stay pleasant. This Marriott is right up there with all the rest. Need I say more?

Great room with super restaurant and and bar

I love marriotts and this location is situated in an area easy to find. The hotels is fairly new and well maintained. Renovations were going on the concierge floor and they promised me an upgrade to that floor, at least facing the mountains. But upon check in they put me on the side facing the highway, which they quickly remedied. I stop at the bar in the hotel often for drinks, to meet friends at happy hour in denver. The gentle from Jamaica is a super friendly guy who remembers frequent travelers, and it is always fun visiting with him at the Lobby bar. Only one real critical comment: the folks checking me in to the room spoke english as they would be expected to do...but it was wonderful ’expressive’ language, but not very good receptive. I asked several questions which she really had no idea what i was asking. You’d think that the marriott would screen better for this important customer service component.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Stay on the weekends, as Denver is not a weekend town.....business travelers fill up the hotels during the week, but you can get a darn good rate during the weekend....both fri. sat, and sunday in most weekends.

Excellent amenities and service.

The Front desk service was very helpful and answered our questions or kept searching until an answer was found. Breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the made-to-order eggs and waffles. The pool and exercise rooms were well-equipped; the jetted spa was okay.
