I will stay here the next time
The location is very good, near the railway station, easy to buy train tickets to travel to other places in China; near the subway station, the fastest way to travel around Beijing.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Ride subway #2 to Deshengmen, then take bus 919 express to go to the Great Wall. It’s easy, cheap, and you don’t have to stop at any other places with a tour group

good little gem
my only issues are: a) the breakfast buffet is NOT worth 45 yuan... go across the street to the convenience mart and get some yogurt, bread, etc and make your own. to pay 7 US dollars for scrambled eggs and Wonderbread in China is ludicrous... b) don’t use the business center for internet access or printing... 1 yuan per minute for internet is an obscene price, as well. I went around the corner to a youth hostel and used the internet for 6 yuan per hour! bottom line: great little hotel for the money with an awesome location, just skip the breakfast buffet and do your internet access elsewhere.

pretty good place...
For the price this hotel cant be beat. its location is only 2 blocks away from the beijing railway station which is convienient. The rooms were big and spacious, and the employees almost all spoke a decent amount of english. The downside was that it was a pretty hard place to find even for the taxi drivers when i gave them the hotel card, and the beds were a little stiff for my liking, but all in all i would recommend this hotel. There are even tours that you can book here if you are feeling lazy and they will take you around the city or to the great wall, or wherever you want to go.
Traveler's tip
if you stay here, try to get the name of the hotel and the address written in chinese. or maybe even take a taxi to beijing railway station and walk 2 short blocks to the hotel.
