Very impressed
After we were treated very badly and roudly by the US Customs Officers when we came across the border between US and Canada at Niagara, it was nice to receive such a splendid and warm welcome to the US once we arrived at the hotel. At least an American company knows how to be welcoming to foreign visitors from the other side of the world. The staff were polite and helpful, the hotel was clean, very comfortable and in good condition. If we were ever to be in Buffalo again we would definitely stay at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and the breakfast was pretty good.

One of the best!
I was planning a romantic overnight stay and booked one of their king rooms with a whirlpool. My partner and I were amazed by the room- very spacious and comfortable. The whirlpool was an especially nice touch. We will definitely be returning in the future.
