fabulous location
A clean,comfortable room in a great location.All personnel were polite, friendly and helpful.I doubt that we could have done any better had we been to Paris many times before.We were steps away from the metro,surrounded by cafes and bistros,shops,history,and people.The traditional breakfast was more than we needed to get us going in the morning and we didn’t miss any of those big hotel amenities.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Get out and walk. Take the metro---even from the airport.It is easy. People are friendly and they will help if you are polite and try to use a little French. Food and drink are expensive so try to inform yourself about the cost before sitting down just anywhere.

A little gem
I have stayed in over 50 Paris hotels over the years, including many of the most famous, but this one will be my home from home on future trips. I loved the location and my concerns about the potential for noise into the small hours proved to be unnecessary.

Great Paris Vacation !!
Hotel is in a great location in Latin Quarter. near St Michel metro entrance (100 yds) and Odeon (a few blocks). Convenient to Louvre, Notre Dame, St Germain, Sorbonne, all the many fine restaurants. We were there during Rugby World Cup, so local bar revelers were up late at times, but not a big deal. We were tired enough to sleep well. Strongly recommend. Great Service.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Use Arthur Frommer’s Travel Guide for Paris. The moderately priced restaurants are an excellent meal at a very reasonable price, despite Euro @ 0.61 to the dollar.
