Very Nice
Hard to get there with the construction on the street better make arrangements for the visitors

2 Star hotel made into a 3 star by the view
The only thing that saved this hotel was the relative close location to the basilica and town center and the incredible view from the room. I opened the window and didn’t really care that the room was like a motel 6 with bad management. The room was clean but cheap furniture. the bathroom was tight and cheap. I did not like this hotel all in all. I don’t recommend it for the price
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Show up well rested, this is a very hilly town and you must be in great shape to take these hills. I was already tired when I got to the hotel and exploring almost killed me.

Convenient hotel
Went to Assisi with my recently retired parents. Hotel’s in a great location. Has a few parking spaces out front, but I wouldn’t try to park an American sized car in the spots. It was very tight with my volvo. Seems to cater to groups, especially the restaurant, but food was very good, and the view across the valley was incredible. Rooms were small, I was on the bottom floor, in a room with 2 small twin beds. Couldn’t pull the chair out from the desk as it would hit the bed. However, I had the same view from my room as the restaurant, and all I did was sleep in the room, so it was fine and clean.
