Cleanliness not up to par
Last minute business trip and there was not much available. Had never stayed at this chain before... Room was very small but that did not concern me as much as the hair that was EVERYWHERE! Hair of varying lengths and colors on the bed linens (comforter and sheets/pillows), sink, toilet, bathtub, floor, etc. etc. It was very disturbing...when I asked for a different room I was told they were all booked and this was all they had. Will not return for business or pleasure.

Most frequented room?
Upon first glance the room was acceptable but that quickly changed after further investigation. The item that I just couldn’t get over was the bedspread that was turned back to welcome you was filthy. I can get beyond that and not use the bedspread as a cover but the bed smelled disgusting. For a relatively new hotel I believe I received the room that was first assigned or most frequented. In addition the bathroom sink didn’t drain. Most irritating was housekeeping scooped up some dirty clothes I had on the floor and disposed of them. Whether in the trash or the laundry I have no idea. A recommendation to the hotel...launder your bed coverings and mattress coverings.

Great stay
The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was very nice and comfortable.
