Staff exceptional
The staff was extremely accommodating and pleasant. Food for breakfast and lunch were as expected (good), dinners were great. Room was decent (beds were on the small side). Nightlife in area was less than anticipated.
Take advantage of catamaran ride supplied by hotel. Not every day is a good wind day, so if the wind is good don’t miss out.

We had a gread time!
The food was fantastic, no complaints there. Staff were attentive and friendly. The only issue we had was the broken air conditioner. They couldn’t fix it but offered to change our room (which we refused because of the amazing view we had), but it was ok because it wasn’t too hot.

We plan to return to Turtle Beach and stay for 2 weeks next time
We LOVED the whole Turtle Beach experience......can’t wait to return and stay longer next time.....the staff is fabulous and Captain SAM and his Team ROCKS!
