PLEASED WITH MY STAY
I WAS PLEASED WITH MY STAY . THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL . THE LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT - CLOSE ACCESS TO EXPRESSWAYS AND MAJOR ROUTES .

Check In Has Flaws
Managements’ check in procedure needs work. We arrived fifteen minutes before check in and our room was not ready. We waited over an hour and during that time friends of ours registered online with expedia walked to the front desk and were able to get a room before we did.
