Guestrooms are available after 3 PM. From early 2010, guests will be contacted by this property prior to arrival. The property will phone guests with key codes that allow direct entry to pre-assigned rooms. Guests should ensure the telephone number used in the booking process is correct. Guests who do not hear from the property within 3 days of arrival should contact the property using the number on the confirmation email.
The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 and must occupy the rental property the entire stay. Singles under 25 are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Guests who make a reservation without meeting the above requirements may be subject to forfeiture of the entire cost of stay, deposit, and/or rental money and will not be allowed to check in.
Chaperoned groups are not permitted.
