resort comfort close to city center
Hotel located right on the tram line making transportation very convenient. Receptionist was extremely helpful. Pool on roof was great, nothing special, but great. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Wi-fi worked only in the hallways, which was a little stressful, but overall provided a quality connection. I very much recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay/quite location but close to everything
Tram stops right in front of hotel and is about 5 tram stops from downtown Place de la Comdie and 3 or 4 from the Train Station. The pool on the rooftop and sundeck were excellent. My air conditioning didnt work the two days I was there but it was early June and I didnt really need it after all. It doesnt have all the services of a 4 or 5 star hotel (like poolside towel service) but I didnt really need that. The neighborhood is quiet and all new buildings, kind of like a French version of Bethesda, MD or Glendale/Pasendena, CA.
Traveler's tip on recreational activities
Taking the Tram 3 stops in the other direction (away from downtown) is a Mega-Cineplex. There is an Internet Cafe next door and a grocery shop. There are also jogging paths next to the canal with more joggers than I saw anywhere else in France.
