Will go back
I was very nervous first about the hotel as I have never been in Ibiza, but I was nicely surprised. The Hotel was very nice, receptionist was very helpfull and waiters were very nice anytime we wanted something or didnt. Overall we were very happy with service, location, food. Would definatly go back. Nice place to go for couples.

UnFiesta Palma
Unfortunately, although we booked a double bed, what we received was 2 twin beds pushed together. We overlooked the uncomfortable bed issue & made it to the pool to relax. We ordered a (bad) cocktail, & were then told we couldnt charge it to the room. We had to re-dress, go to our room, get cash & pay at the front desk. Once at the front desk we were told that this could have been avoided at check in had someone told us to leave a CC#. Although the rest of the stay was enjoyable - clean quite room & good food, upon returning to our room that evening at 1:30am, we called for a 7:30am wake up call as we had a ferry to catch the next morning at 11am and we wanted eat breakfast & spend time on the beach, etc. Unfortunately, we were never given a wake up call and after waking up at 10am had about 10 minutes to get ready to catch a cab to take us to the ferry. Unfortunately when we called down for a cab the lady at the front desk said she would not call a cab until we were downstairs & hung up on us. Once down stairs we relayed the information about not receiving a wake up call to which she noted that the request had been typed out but was not on her clip board. She insisted that we had a received a wake-up call - basically calling us liars. Although they are not grand in scale, for a 1 night stay these little things add up to be true annoyances. Unfortunately I will never book/stay at a Fiesta hotel again nor will I recommend one
Traveler's tip on local attractions
If you are visiting this area (Sant Antoni) the walk along the boardwalk from the Fiesta hotel to Cafe del Mar and other hang out spots is great for people watching and whether or not youre lucky enough to grab a table, sitting on the beack in front of Cafe del Mar to watch the sunset is fantastic!
