Nice place
Clean, comfortable, gym, restaurant, balcony over looking ocean, etc. Enjoyed my stay and would go back.

Timeshare
This property seems to be a timeshare situation. The lobby is always full of folks which appear out of place attempting to get a 75 gift card offered by mgmt to sit through the presentattion. I was there for the half marathon and didnt particulary car for VA Beach as a whole. The rest in the hotel was the best for the days I was there. Other places where just dirty. The room was dated but clean with everything you need (dishes, cups etc).

Perfect Location
Hotel is literally on the beach - there’s a great restaurant and everything is brand new looking. Perfectly centered in the boardwalk there’s plenty of things to check out.
