Nice hotel..but, far from San Marco
The hotel was very comfortable. However, given that its 20min travel from the Santa Lucia station, you need to plan for the return, especially in late evening/ night. It has good connectivity with the Vienna Maestre station, so getting in/out by train is not an issue.

Not worth the money... Customer Service is almost non-existent unless you insist for it.
Good enough if you are just looking somewhere to sleep. Shower curtain is the only separation you have between the shower and toilet. The toilet/shower space is as small as a rest stop toilet stall. Very compact and space saver, it that is your thing. I don’t recommend using this hotel if traveling with any children or more than two person. With the price we paid, we could have at least breakfast included but it is not. You have to take a bus to Venice, bus stop is just outside the hotel. Coming back is tricky and you need to pay attention or you will have to walk around and end up on the wrong side of town. Old hotel with a banged-up facelift, not impressed! Again customer service is non-existent unless you insist for it.
Stay away from this hotel. Not family oriented both space-wise and location-wise.

Economical Stay
This was very nice hotel with Venetian charm. However, you have to be aware that hotel is not located on the main island and if arriving by train, you need to take a bus (daily ticket can be purchased and includes local bus/boat rides as well). The ticket costs around 16 euros and we used it, among other things to visit Murano island.
