Great hotel
The rooms were spacious and very nice. The lobby had a couple of computers guests could use with free internet (20 minutes - timed). The concierge desk was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities. Everything (shopping and dining) was within walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this hotel.

Good cost-benefit
The hotel is located at the very best part of the city, near the Botanic Gardens, close to pedestrian street (Queenstown Mall). Rooms are comfortable but lack charming atmosphere. The concierge was very helpful and kind. We can’t say the same about the staff from the front desk / reception. They were all too much serious and always had just "one word answers". It was either a cold "No" or a straight "Yes"... and smiles never followed the short answers.

Standard Hotel
5 mins walk from town centre, very nice clean to the standard, find the promotion and it’ll be very worth. Free parking from 6pm to 9am.
