Staff not as friendly or helpfull as has been with other Ritz hotel experiences. Would not use this Ritz Carlton Hotel again.

Best hotel in Santiago!
The Ritz-Carlton in Santiago was fabulous! The hotel service, especially the associates who worked on the Club Level, were so helpful and extremely courteous during our stay. The hotel assisted us with transportation and they also coordinated a private city tour which was great as well. Wonderful hotel!
