Heritage Inn Express Chico
It is observed that due to the convenient location of the property we have a high attraction rating. Chico's business market is increasing as well as its population due to the fact that we are within walking distance of both downtown Chico and California State University Chico, guests are compelled to find accommodations at the establishment. Upon first glance guests would find that the over-all appearance is quite attractive. The parking lot and perimeters are strictly maintained.

Never Again In Chico
I was quite disappointed considering the age of the building was not that old. Lack of any maintenance and badly needing of a good cleaning. The entry door had been "kicked in" and was never repaired thus we were unable to latch door properly. The floor tile in bathroom had black grout that used to be grey. Walls were screaming for new paint. I’ve seen cleaner walls in truck stop restrooms! Had one round sink with NO counter space at all. Front desk people had a "not my job...I don’t care" attitude. The "Continental Breakfast" food/beverage area was as disgustingly as dirty as the rooms. Overall experience...Never again.
