O.K. experience
The pool area was very lovely, but the service was not good. I asked for some more coffee packets and was told that it would be delivered shortly. It never was delivered at all.

It was OK
The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We had four people in our room and only got two free breakfasts. It was ten dollars per person for breakfast so my friends did not get breakfast. Wish we were told about this when we booked the room for four people. The staff in the restuarant was not friendly and our waitress did a fine job.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Navy pier and michigan ave. are about twenty minutes away without traffic. Dont forget you have to pay to park downtown, twenty dollars, so you may think about alternate mode of transport or staying downtown.
