playa del carmen best hotel, in the quiet part of fifth avenue!!!
really nice hotel, best location near mamita’s beach..1 block hotel-beach..really the best hotel for a very low rate. Don’t even think about it, the best hotel for a cheap vacation!!! hotel staff is excellent as well..very courteous

Large tree in patio has insects; showers are not designed with decline towards drain so it collects
Nice place; nice location but problems with tub drainage; problems with sap and insects from large patio tree.

Great Vacation!
This was our first time to the area of Playa del Carmen, and the hotel was perfect. We were looking for a smaller intimate hotel and this was it! The staff was very friendly and the ’hot tub’ on top was perfect after a long day @ the beach! I would definately go back in a heartbeat. The area was perfect too, rigth on the end of 5th avenue it was quiet enough at night, but lively enough in the daytime. LOVED IT!
