October getaway
Charged me a $25 breakage fee upfront none refundable. Did not damage anything. Although the units were less than probably 1/3 filled. The desk clerk put me in the very last building away from the pool and the room was corner recessed from the main building and the building on the other side was also farther out than my room. This cut my view of the gulf down to only directly ahead of about maybe 30 yards wide. Had no view up and down the beach at all. No one came to do the room the next day on a two day stay. I had to make my own bed and clean up. Very unfortunate because the place and effeciency room were very nice.
Unlike most of Florida, fall and winter are offpeak. Very quiet and many place closed.

Great view and atmosphere
This was the first time we stayed at this location. We stayed on the 14th floor which was fantastic! The condo layout was great with the private balcony going off the living room and the bedroom.

very impresses
Long Beach was a very nice place, the room was perfect with a huge balcony accessible from living room and bedroom, the view was amazing, the pool was GREAT, and its in a good location. We will definatly stay here again!
