Worse Customer Service Experience Ever!
We needed to make a change to our reservation due to a medical conidition and the hotel response was rude, bordering on abuse, and lacking of any consideration including common decency of discourse. This is the only time in 40 years of business and personal travel that we have been for a portion of a reservation which we could not use. Though the desk person referred to his "supervisor" several times, we were not actually able to speak with that person. We were told that the "supervisor" was too busy to speak with us. There is nothing special about this hotel that warrants the higher prices they charge, there are several other very good hotels in Great Barrington and the surrounding area. Pick one of those.
