Good deal
Very well kept with friendly staff. Electric current adaptors are available at the front desk. Room service is a bit pricey and there is a charge for each local call, although the duration is unlimited. Our only complaint is minor--we didn’t receive the wakeup call we requested on a couple occasions. There is an alarm clock in the room so we just started using that.
Traveler's tip
It is a 20 minute walk from the Box Hill train station and a 30 minute train ride into Melbourne CBD. The trains do stop running at midnight during the week and at 1am on weekends. My boyfriend and I didn’t mind because we are fairly active people, who aren’t big on clubbing. Also, it forced us to have a plan for each day and prevented us from going back to the hotel and lounging in the middle of the day.

Excellent warm service
I travel all the time and have actually never done a hotel review - however, the service by the staff at this Best Western stood out.
