A Good Hotel for a Business Stay
Room was clean and comfortable. Consistently good internet connection. Someone at the front desk always spoke a little English, which was helpful. The restaurant was not the best-food was salty and greasy. Breakfast was OK. I would definitely stay there again on a business trip, but it is not a family vacation hotel-no pool or fun things to do! Lobby area was not impressive-don’t plan to meet and entertain clients in the lobby.
Traveler's tip on shopping
It took me three days to realize that there is a nice little grocery store right next door on the same side of the street as the hotel. Don’t be fooled by the garage door/parking space facade.

Good value
In a safe, quite residential area; close to buses and 4 blocks from the Trianon Masp subway station.Staff friendly and helpful although limited in English.Only drawback was that there were no rated restaurants in the neighborhood and my one meal at the hotel was mediocre. Would stay there again.

Close to excellent Museo de Arte de Sao Paulo (MASP)on Avenida Paulista.The museum’s grounds also host an antiques fair on Sundays.
