Great place to stay!
Hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious. Staff was polite and extremely helpful. Free shuttle was great! Overall, very pleasant experience and will definately stay here when we come back.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Carson Street is right around the block for some dinner and drinks. The free shuttle can get you to a hockey/football game or just down town for the day.

Shuttle service within Pittsbugh’s downtown is exceptionally remarkable -- they even can pick you up at any location besides send you to any place from the hotel.

Very Dissappointed
We were booked at a totally different location from the one we thought we have reservations for (a fact we only discovered trying to mapquest our itinerary). Upon arrival we found that room that we have had reserved was not available (staff claimed that they had overbooked hotel) and hotel staff (night staff) was not helpful at all and was very unprofessional. We thought about staying another night BUT not at that location. Room was clean but did not meet what we required. We stayed only due to time factor.
