Too much hassle
First the good, it is a nice, conveniently located hotel and the rooms were comfortable. Now the bad and the ugly, dont bother eating in the hotel restaurant, the food is average for gourmet prices, the service at the front desk was marginal, in that they dont tell you all you need to know about the idiosyncrasies of the billing and services, an example is, that if you even so much as move anything in the room refrigerator, you get billed electronically, no matter what, then you have to prove that you didnt use anything. We placed store bought groceries and liquids from the local grocery store in the room refrigerator, and were billed about $50 to $60 every day. When we checked out to catch our plane , which left early in the morning, we could not settle our bill until 2 to 3 weeks later. Next, the electronic room key has to be used more than 3 or 4 times to work, and given that you have to use it for the elevator, as well s your room, it was a hassle. The ugly, the concierge service doesnt know anything about the city, cant tell you how to get anywhere and when they do it was usually to the wrong place. They mostly use the internet, and you can guess how up to date the internet was for Warsaw. Definitely more headache that it was worth.

nice hotel - security personnel sucks
Hotel was pretty nice. One night late, I became a subject of "security personnel" unnecessary harassment. Out of the blue, when I was approaching the elevators, they started asking me whole bunch of questions about my identity, room number, even though I had room card visible in my hand. It dragged on for about 10 minutes before i was actually able to get up to my room. I guess you get bored when you work late night shifts...
Traveler's tip
great location - walking distance to bars, restaurants and a shopping mall. Safe neighborhood to walk late at night.

Nice Hotel, Great location
Great location for downtown Warsaw. Very nice hotel. Great breakfast upstairs. Unique elevator ride.
